Shipping Policy
- Kindly do expect delay on order processing & parcel deliveries during CMCO period. We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. Parcels should be able to be delivered to West Malaysia customers in 2-4 business days.
Due to the reduction of flight frequency throughout CMCO period, East Malaysia customers do expect to receive the packages in 5-7 business days. - Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, you will be contacted for an alternative postage address. We will resend the package to this new address but you are required to pay the extra delivery charge for re-postage. We can only repost orders once. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to us we will not be able to refund the shipping costs & refund of cash or payment to your original payment method (i.e. Online Banking, Credit Card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Customs Duties, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in shipping rates.

Refund Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us one week (7) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt). Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
- In the event that you have received a wrongly/ defective item, please email us at [email protected] with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field. However, please kindly note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
- We quality check each and every one of our products and goods by hand before shipping or delivering it to you, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Within 48 hours of delivery, you must notify us in writing that your product contains a severe defect, which notice must contain your order ID, defective product/section picture to [email protected]
- Bring your Fruitie item to the nearest post office and fill in our address in the consignment note.
- We will take at least 1-3 working days to prepare and refund store credit to you for your new Fruitie order. In the meantime, please do patiently wait for us to process.
- Once the product has been returned, it will be checked. If the defective product contains a severe defect, you have the option of a refund or exchange.
- The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 3-5 working days after we have received and approved your return request.
